Terms & Conditions


  • All classes, including but not limited to single classes, courses, one-to-ones and one-to-one packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and have an expiration date. Partial refunds will not be given for unfinished courses or unused packages.


  • Following payment for your class, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you. 


  • You agree to inform your teacher prior to the start of the class of any health issues that you may have including, but not limited to, injuries, pain, discomfort, early pregnancy. Your teacher reserves the right to deny you access to the class if they believe that proceeding with the class could potentially have a negative impact on your health condition.


  • You accept that for a period after class, you may experience local muscular soreness and some fatigue. These minor discomforts should disappear within 48 hours of the class.


PAYMENTS:


  • All payments are made through Square, our online payment platform. 



CANCELLATION POLICY:


  • If you cannot attend a course, no refund will be offered. If you miss a class within the course, you forfeit that class. At present, there is no possibility of making up the class at some other time.


  • You may cancel or reschedule a One-to-One class up to 24 hours before your class start time. If you do not cancel or reschedule, you will be charged the full amount for the class and will not be eligible for a refund.


  • Body Revive Pilates reserves the right to cancel any class, group class, course or otherwise. Last minute class cancellations will only take place when class attendance does not reach the threshold attendance level for the specific class or in extenuating circumstances.
