Classes are designed to introduce you to the six Fundamental Principles of Pilates technique -
Breathe, Flow, Precision, Control, Centering and Concentration - which will help you
to improve your:
Breathing
Use your breathing to activate and
engage your muscles
Strength
Strengthen your whole body, particularly your ‘core’
